   The trail floods when it rains.
   Be carefull. The floods bring mud which is slippery.
   The mud dries turning to dust which then also get slippery with dew or light rain.
   Flowers from the trees mix with spring rain also making the trail slippery.
   The shaded areas can have ice in the winter.
   In the summer the shade is a bonus for cooling when commuting after work.
   Many friendly people have offered to help me when having flats.
   There is water at park near Indian Valley Elementary School in Overland Park and at Frontier Park in Olathe.
   No water from around October thru about April.
