    Hi, this is amazing service, however, what I am missing is some overview map with more bike routes. For example with only small icons showing routes. I do not think it is so hard to do it. I can help you I have some experience with google javascript api.

    JiN - www.gpsies.com has this feature. I've looked at it and, although it seemed like a good idea, in practice I don't think it has any value. Routes are not points - they extend for 10-100 miles and overlap all over the place. Marking the start point is of no value. If you could plot the whole route, that might be useful. It would be a good start at developing a national bike friendly routes map.
