Request for a Black Mountains MTB route

    Hi - can anyone help with a suggested Black Mountains XC mountain bike route starting from the Hay-on-Wye / Glasbury side of the hills (and finishing that side too). Going to spend a weekend there and wanted to get a ride in. Thinking in the region of 15 to 20 miles with as little tarmac as possible. Got some ideas about going up Lord Hereford's Knob or Hay Bluff. Would like to get along Grwyne Fawr but I reckon that'd make it a really tough 30 miler. But without local knowledge not sure how to make the best of it.
