How to uncover the red heart favorite icon that is covered by ads

I am using Bikely.com for the first time and want to save a route to the "favorites" and it tells me to click on the red heart at the end of the route bar at the top, but it is partially covered by an obnoxious ad banner! How do you get to the red heart or remove the ad banner so one can click onto the red heart. Thanks, DJ
