I have just purchased a Garmin hand held GPS, 60CSx I have also purchased a bar mount for the bike. Software included "Trip and Waypoint V4" My question is simply how do I download a map from Bikely.com to my computer ? what software is required? and how do I get it from my computer to my GPS?
Any and all assistance is greatly appreciated.

It uses a plugin that works with Garmin's devices to transfer data directly. I've recently acquired an Edge 305 and am still getting used to it, but even I can manage transfers using that tool.]]>
