help putting up new routes

    I want to upload some routes from my gps but I'm not super tech savvy. I have an edge 205.

    I use the garmin training center to get the info onto my computer as well as the motionbased agent.

    if I want to upload a gpx file to bikely, what do I do? the garmin site has not been very helpful
