Toilets (with dubious water) at Central Colo, immediately after the Putty Rd bridge. No shops en-route. However, there is a general store a few hundred metres down Sackville Rd, just before the end of the ride. Caravan Park may also have basic food available. Route goes past a number of houses/properties.

Camping at Sackville Gardens Caravan Park:
Very cheap rate ($5/person/night in April '08), drinking water from water tank, Hot showers (tokens purchased for 30 cents each). Large grassy area back from the river. Some noise from boats on river up until dusk.
Address: 742 Tizzana Rd Sackville 2756. Ph (02) 4579 1036

Alternative accommodation in area:
- Tizzana Winery B&B - 2.3 km further along Tizzana Rd. Pn (02) 4579 9209.
- A few other ski parks on the northern side of the river.

Touristy things around Sackville:
Note - You go past the winery and the Coromandel Rd corner in the next day's ride.
- Tizzana Winery - 2.3 km further along Tizzana Rd on the left. Ph (02) 4579 1150.
- Ebeneza Uniting Church, Aust oldest remaining church & school. Est 1809 - 8.3 km one way. 7.3 km down Tizzana Rd, then turn left down Coromandel Rd for about 1 km.
- Just before Ebeneza Church, Swallow Rock Reach Walking track goes off along the river from Argyle Bailey Memorial Reserve. Track is ridable, although there are some steps.
