    this is my first comment... yoroshiku onegaishimasu!

    just north of point #132, there is an interesting point to stop for a beer. the owner of asahi beer, now deceased, has a wicked villa up on the hill that has been renovated as an art gallery. he has a vault of monet's in a modern vault/basement and rotating exhibitions in the main house, plus a sweet vintage music box that rings every hour. upstairs you can get asahi super dry or asahi black beer, and an assortment of snacks while you look out on the valley below. well worth a stop.
