Croydon, in Surrey

    I live in Croydon in Surrey in the UK (that should give me sympathy from many quarters) which is a fairly large town on the outskirts of London. If I try to find Croydon in Bikely the only choice I get in the UK is a village in Cambridgeshire. Is this the right place to raise this and is there any way that I can get it sorted out?

    I've raised with the dev team 'can we get a better geo database'.

    Or you could just move house :)

    geonames.org might help (the wikipedia of geo data), it looks like it will have the data you want, but maybe not complete for all countries.

    I grew up in Croydon, Surrey, and I'd take the option of moving house. I did - I now live in Canada.
