Optus move North Sydney to Macquarie park

    can anyone tell me the best way to get from North Sydney (near miller street) to Macquarie park North Ryde (near lyonpark road). Distance doesn't bother me but traffic does!
    I want a route that avoids major traffic as much as possible ( I'm prepared for a 30-40% increases in travel time just to avoid the traffic)
