			<![CDATA[This is an excellent route for the cycling-wildlife enthusiast.  There is a very good chance of seeing black grouse all year round and in spring and summer look out for fishing ospreys over the lochs.   Loch Ruthven, a RSPB reserve, is the best place to see one of the UK's most spectacular breeding birds - the Slavonian grebe - a wee gem!   They are present in all their finery from the end of April through to August, by September they are moulting into their black &amp; white winter plumage.]]>
