    Does anyone know if there are rumble strips on the highway from Hope to Yale and back again ? I know there are strips on Hwy #1 from Chilliwack to Hope.

    I've cycled that route a few times, but not since 2005. At that time, there were no rumble strips. Also, the shoulder is reasonably wide and well-maintained along most of the highway from Hope to Lytton. Watch out for debris though ... logging trucks tend to lose chunks of wood and bark, all of which ends up on the shoulder.
