   Hi all.. thinking about bike commuting to work.. anyone know of secure parking in/around wall street area? Thanks..

   If your employer provides employee parking for motor vehicles (but in your location I suppose this is not the case) then I would ask the employer. Other possibilities: check with doormen or security as to whether they can help out somehow; a public parking garage; space behind the steps at the bottom of stairwells (again, I suppose in your case this is out of question); your office, if you have one. I once used an empty cubicle, but this was on weekends, and in LA, not NY.
   
   Or, a parking meter and a good lock? Or a folder?

   Employer parking is not available unfortunately : (
   
   A folder.. good point.. not as sexy as a regular bike.. but at least i could just put that in the closet.

   I've just been to Barcelona & Paris on holiday - loads of people there ride Bromptons cos they live in flats and it's the only bike they can store. Brompton looks a bit geeky but if it's good enough for the chic Catalans and Parisians then it's good enough for anyone.......
