2.18km 0.41km MLK North Very low-income neighborhood. Don't have a flat here at night. Look out for the push carts. SSW 183° 280m
2.47km 0.29km MLK South Older lower-income neighborhood. Look out for the pushcarts and pedestrians J-walking. SSW 180° 280m
3.37km 0.9km Victoria Country Club Narrow road. Fast (30+mph) drop-in and steep climb out. Blind turn on the north trip at Arroyo Drive. No sidewalks; look out for school kids at start/end of school day and locals walking in the AMs. S 166° 269m
3.83km 0.46km Arroyo overlook Nice view of the golf course. This road is very narrow on this stretch. Very little traffic. Nobody respects the painted centerline; oncoming cars in your lane. E 82° 283m
4.38km 0.55km Victoria Old community. No bike lanes. No sidewalks or only on one side; look out for pedestrians on the asphalt. Little traffic. S 171° 313m
6.56km 2.18km Killer Climb 5-foot bike lane. Heavy traffic at high speeds (50-60 mph). Watch out for tractor-trailers on the curves passing you; very close shaves. S 161° 388m
7.95km 1.39km Via Vista Quiet wealthy community of custom homes. Very little traffic. Fair to poor asphalt with speed bumps. SSW 201° 415m
