0.27km 0.27km Haverfordwest Head out of town to reach the end of the cycle trail to Neyland. I rode Freemans Way cos I didn't know the town - I wouldn't recommend it! SW 208° 12m
1.82km 1.54km Turn West off the roundabout along the small road - it leads to a dedicated cycle/pathway that eventually takes you up the valley & on to the old railway track. W 252° 14m
3.15km 1.33km Pick up the old railway line towards Roseland and Neyland, then leave it onto the road to your left, up the hill. WSW 246° 46m
5.74km 2.59km Leave the road to take the bridleway on your left SE 135° 53m
7.28km 1.54km Johnston Near Johnston, by now the old railway line should be open to take you thorugh the village and on towards Roseland S 163° 61m

14.87km 2.57km Neyland Fine view across the Cleddau Estuary to the bridge and Pembroke. from here retrace your steps a while. This was the original terminus of Brunel's railway to the Atlantic. Notice boards give a lot of information about the project. NNE 8m
